We work closely with Home Owners, Realtors and Property Managers to provide efficient and all encompassing foundation need. MY PROMISE
Arbor Leveling has a comprehensive background in manufactured home foundations, repair solutions and the available state approved retrofit systems. We also network with contractors with similar and complementary qualifications state wide, if a repair is deemed necessary in order to secure an engineer’s certification of the foundation. Our goal is always to provide the least expensive solution to meet the FHA foundation requirements.
About Me
MY NAME IS Corkie
I started apprenticing for my dad, Don Bradford, when I was seventeen, but even before that I was watching him work all the time. My grandpa established our company in 1918, back when we specialized in carpentry and woodwork. Dad picked up new trades and expanded our business. I’ve been servicing the San Luis Obispo County area for over 40 years and I am happy to work along side my son-in-law, Nathan.
